'El Libro de Arena' is part of Caliope Editorial, a personal project about atypical books and object-books. This book is about a story written by Argentine writer Jorge Luis Borges, where the main character buys a bible with pages that change constantly, are written with illegible signs, and with pages that can never be seen twice. The main character ends up obsessing over this book and is forced to get rid of it.
This story isn't meant to be read, but experienced, lived. Through design, I sought to represent the bible described in the story, by manipulating typography, and materials that make up the book. How would an book with infinite pages look like?
